We are a luxury condominium of 72  residences adjacent to the Charles Hotel in Harvard Square Cambridge.  Our clientele, the residence  owners, varies from MIT or Harvard professors and writers to successful businessmen/businesswomen, of which many  are retired, but still active.  The building is about 20 years old and about 50% of our residents are original owners.  As the building and our residents age, we recognize the need to modify our approach to customer service and/or change our services.

We are looking for someone to speak or facilitate a discussion with our 10 person staff at a late afternoon, early evening meeting in April for approximately 45 - 60 minutes addressing customer service to an aging population.  Ideally, the discussion will offer helpful hints on how to service, recognize, or be attentive to changing needs and to provoke dialog for where our services, which may have been provided the past 20 years, could be adjusted to continue offering excellent service.  The format would be casual, a conversational approach around a table, and open to Q & A throughout.
