About the FastTrack Staff
The FastTrack Speakers Academy is a structured, 22-session educational course that helps take your career to the next level. If you're a professional speaker or small business owner, or if you want to become a professional speaker or small business owner, you'll learn about the business of speaking, how to develop your business and how to use speaking to do it. This page introduces our staff for the academic year 2006-2007.
Course Administrator: Rick Brenner
Rick is responsible for organizing all the administration and infrastructure for the course this year. If you have questions about registration, presenters, location, fees or anything else related to the running of FastTrack, he probably has the answers. Rick has been speaking professionally for most of his 30-year career. He started his own consulting firm, Chaco Canyon Consulting, in 1998. He works with people in problem-solving organizations who make complex products or sophisticated services that need state-of-the-art teamwork, and with organizations that want to achieve high performance by building stronger relationships among their people. He writes and publishes a weekly newsletter available at his Web site.
Course Co-Administrator: Michelle Neujahr

Course Facilitator: Mary Gallagher
Mary Gallagher is our course facilitator this year. She'll be with you at every session, helping to meake each one a thing of value to you by creating an environment where particpants can learn whatever they can from the homework, from the presenters and from each other. Mary is a professional facilitator, and Principal of ActionPact Coaching. She brings over twenty-five years of experience as a business owner, speaker, facilitator, and executive coach to the benefit of her clients. Her company offers corporate and private coaching, facilitation and training in the areas of leadership, work group productivity and career acceleration. Mary’s unique programs re-energize and sustain clients through the coaching process including assessment, strategic accomplishment planning, change management, implementation and measurement of results achieved.
Mary holds a B.A. from Boston College, an M.A. from Andover Newton Theological School. She is a graduate of Coach University and has been featured on Radio, TV and in-person workshops on a wide range of leadership and productivity programs. Mary’s corporate experience includes executive roles at EMC, Sun Microsystems and Applied Biosystems. Most recently Mary has been coaching executives in a variety of corporations, has facilitated public forums for town planning and conducted Personal Productivity and Accomplishment workshops for Mission Control tm.
Among Mary's many strengths is her innate ability to identify a person’s strengths then educate them on how to consistently bring out the best in themselves and in others, achieving goals quickly and creating results that stretch beyond their wildest dreams.
